We are expanding our AI engineering capabilities and are looking for a software developer passionate about building intelligent systems. You will work on implementing AI-driven application logic, integrating LLM-based workflows, designing and maintaining agent coordination pipelines, and ensuring stable and reliable execution in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven application components and workflows.
- Integrate and configure LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and knowledge sources.
- Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration pipelines for real operational scenarios.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI logic into core product functionality.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine model behavior, prompts, and system reliability over time.
Requirements
- Good understanding of at least one back-end programming language (Java, Python, Node.js or similar).
- Experience with API integration and backend service development.
- Interest in LLMs, agent workflows, and applied AI engineering.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work within a team.
Advantages
