Responsibilities
- Interact with some of the company’s clients and provide technical support.
- Create presentations, manuals, and technical documentation for the company’s products.
- Collaborate with the development team in order to understand the software systems.
- Engage in technical meetings and showcase the products.
- Be part of a dynamic IT team.
Requirements
- Communication, understanding, and real-time relationship-building abilities
- Capability of learning the technical details of a software product
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite applications knowledge
